Resource Navigation Supervisor

The Resource Navigation Supervisor oversees the Resource Navigation and Case Management functions within Nevada Care Connection (NVCC), Southern Nevada’s Aging and Disability Resource Center. This role is responsible for ensuring services are delivered efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with program standards.
The Supervisor supports and develops a team of Resource Navigators and Case Managers through coaching, performance management, and role-specific training. This position oversees quality assurance, referral coordination, waitlist management, and service delivery, while contributing to program development, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts.
This role is best suited for someone who takes a relationship-centered approach and supports staff as individuals, while maintaining clear expectations, accountability, and consistency in service delivery. They are comfortable working independently, use sound judgment in decision-making, and are able to support staff through both routine and complex situations. They approach supervision with a coaching mindset, focusing on developing staff skills and confidence over time, and apply program standards consistently while remaining flexible and responsive to individual staff and client needs.
Key Responsibilities
· Provides supervision, guidance, and performance management to Resource Navigators and Case Managers
· Supports hiring, onboarding, and role-specific training in coordination with the agency’s training team
· Ensures staff effectively implement program processes and deliver high-quality services in the field
· Provides coaching, observation, and direct support to staff, including accompanying initial home visits and traveling to rural counties as needed
· Models professional behavior, clear communication, and best practices to support staff development and contribute to a positive team environment
· Oversees quality assurance of documentation and service delivery, ensuring compliance with program standards
· Manages referral flow, case assignments, and internal waitlists to support timely service delivery
· Provides case consultation and support to staff on complex client situations
· Monitors program activity and contributes to monthly and quarterly reporting
· Builds and maintains relationships with community partners and participates in relevant meetings and trainings
· Supports team communication, resource sharing, and ongoing alignment with program expectations
· Ensures adherence to agency policies, confidentiality standards, and ethical practices
· Contributes to program development, process improvement, and special projects
· Performs other duties as assigned by the Program Director
Education & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in social services or a related field preferred
· Prior supervisory experience required
· Experience working with older adults strongly preferred
· Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
· Knowledge of community resources related to aging and disability in Clark County preferred

· Ability to work with individuals from diverse cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds
· Ability to adapt to changing priorities and program needs
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willingness to learn additional systems
· Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
· Bilingual preferred but not required
Additional Requirements
· Valid Nevada driver’s license
· Reliable, insured transportation
· Willingness to travel throughout Clark County and surrounding rural areas
Working Conditions
· Full-time position based in Las Vegas, NV
· Regular fieldwork, including home visits and travel within Clark County and surrounding rural counties
· Ability to sit, stand, walk, and drive for extended periods
· Ability to lift up to 10 lbs
