PAY RANGE: $18-$20 per hour
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
The Tri-State Office Assistant is the first point of contact for staff, clients, and visitors at the Mesquite and St. George offices requiring someone to be on-site. This position serves as a critical resource not only to the Tri-State offices but also supporting various functions and departments. Responsibilities include daily office coordination, front desk operations, client engagement assistance, Staff Engagement Committee assistance, HR tasks and onboarding support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism This position will require working out of both our Mesquite, NV office and our St. George, UT office.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative Support (tasks may vary)
· Greet and assist visitors.
· Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
· Maintain office supplies and equipment.
· Maintain kitchen, restrooms, conference room(s), and front lobby cleanliness and supplies.
· Help with supply orders.
· Deliveries, pickups, and other office support tasks as needed in a company vehicle.
· Facilities maintenance coordination.
Human Resources Support (tasks may vary):
· Assist with onboarding and new hire checklists, as assigned.
· Present New Hire Orientation onsite to Mesquite and St. George employees, as assigned.
· Help to organize and process personnel documents, as assigned.
· Serve as an on-site resource for staff regarding policies and benefits.
· Assist with HR programs including benefits, training, staff engagement, and policy updates for the respective offices, as assigned.
· Support payroll-related processes as assigned.
· Help coordinate exit processes and termination tasks as assigned.
· Assist organizing staff events as assigned.
· Assist with the processing requests for certification (RFC’s) and the tracking of all trainings, as assigned.
· Assist with recruiting and hiring processes within the company, as assigned.
· Assist with DOT compliance and OSHA compliance logs, as assigned.
Business Development & Client Relations Support
· Maintain inventory of marketing and promotional materials.
· Help with social media tasks, as assigned.

This role directly contributes to operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and staff engagement in alignment with GES’ standards and values.
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS DESIRED
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Nevada or Utah Driver’s License.
· Must be insurable under GES auto insurance.
· 1–3 years of clerical, administrative, or HR experience (combination preferred).
· Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Database management and data entry skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work independently under pressure while balancing multiple priorities.
· Professional attitude, appearance, and telephone etiquette.
· Strong team member mentality.
