Position Purpose: Assist the Guest Services Director and Special Needs Director as needed.
General Qualifications:

• Excellent communications skills
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and meet assigned deadlines
• High School diploma or equivalent
Other Expectations:
• Assist the Senior Minister in building a strong and joyful staff team
• Adhere to policies and procedures as stated in the TMC employee handbook
• Agree to TMC’s Leader Covenant
• Pleasant and professional personality and appearance
• Attend staff meetings and appropriate training as required
• Perform all other duties as assigned
