We're seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our award-winning Managed Service Provider (MSP) team. In this exciting role, you'll play a pivotal role in driving new business, building strong client relationships, and exceeding sales goals.
What You'll Do:
Prospect and qualify leads for new MSP and managed product clients.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to crush your quota.
Become a trusted advisor by uncovering IT pain points and crafting winning solutions.
Deliver impactful presentations showcasing the value of our MSP, Security, and Cloud services.
Close deals and build long-term client partnerships.
Identify opportunities for "add-on" sales and ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the engineering team to propose solutions and scope projects.
Represent our company at industry events and generate qualified leads.
Who You Are:
A sales champion with a proven track record of exceeding quotas in a B2B environment.
You have 5+ years of experience selling technology solutions, ideally in the MSP space.
You possess a deep understanding of the IT landscape and managed service offerings.
Communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are your forte.
You can build trust and rapport with clients at all levels.
You're a master of juggling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
Active Cisco, EMC, and/or VMware certifications are a bonus!
